REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are prohibited and all sales are final.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds are only available within 14 days of receiving your order, this applies to frontal, closure and bundles.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (i.e the outer packaging unopened). It must also be in the original packaging. For reasons of health and safety, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN RECEIVED
1. Your return will be inspected and an email will be sent to notify you that the item has been received.
2. We will notify you of approval or rejection by email.
3. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original payment method within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet please go through the below steps.
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Pre ordered/SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately pre ordered/sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
